If you have previously made a purchase please enter your email address in the  log-in box and follow the link that will be sent to your email address.

If you are a subscriber, you will unlimited access to all films once logged in.

As a monthly subscriber you have unlimited access to watch all films on the platform. Please just log-in and navigate to the film you are looking to view. Click on ‘view now’ and the film will start playing. If you have any issues with playback, please email us at [email protected]

Your film rental link will expire after 30 days. Once you have started watching your film, you will have 48 hours to complete your viewing and in that time can watch the film as many times as you would like.

If you have rented a film, you have 30 days to start watching and once you start, you’ll have 48 hours to complete your viewing. It may be that for unforeseen circumstances you have not completed the viewing in the designated time. In that case, please re-purchase or email us at [email protected].

Usually a film pauses or buffers due to a poor internet connection.

Try selecting a lower video quality and trying again.

All communication between Birdbox.Film’s servers and your browser is encrypted with SSL. This prevents third parties from snooping on your browsing, as well as securing your details during logins and purchases.

Birdbox.Film does not store or process credit card details. Credit card details are sent directly to our third party payment processor, Stripe, and are not sent to Birdbox.Film’s servers.

No. We are a streaming service that can be viewed on phones, tablets and smart TVs.

Make sure your Apple iOS device and Apple TV are setup to work together. See Apple’s documentation.

Start playback of the film on your iOS device.

On your iOS device, swipe up from the bottom of your screen to open Control Center.

Tap AirPlay.

Tap the name of the Apple TV you want to stream content to.

Where closed captions are available for a film they can be activated by:

1. Click on the ‘CC’ button in the film control bar at the bottom of the video.

2. Select the closed caption language you wish to be displayed.

3. When a closed caption language is selected, a tick will be shown next to the language.

Disabling closed captions

When closed captions are already enabled for a film, these can be disabled by clicking on the selected language again.

An error message appears when trying to make a purchase using Paypal usually due to lack of funds or inadequate funding sources.

Please check your Paypal balance or funding source and try again.
